Limited Editions
May 22-August 1, 2025 | Firehouse Art Center
For this exhibition, the goal was to bring the energy and storytelling of comic books into the gallery space. I designed a poster inspired by classic comic book strips, offering a sneak peek at select works featured in the show.
To carry the theme throughout the space, I created artist boards and a visual timeline using bold comic-inspired colors, Ben-Day dot textures, and movement lines — all hallmarks of the genre. These elements came together to form eye-catching signage that felt dynamic and immersive.
One of the most exciting parts of this project was scaling up original comic pages into oversized wall vinyls, measuring 65"x42". These large-scale installations transformed the space and allowed visitors to experience the artwork in a bold, new way.
Paw Prints & Portraits
Jan.-April 2025 | Firehouse Art Center
This project began with a lively photo shoot filled with wagging tails, slobbery smiles, and lots of curious sniffing. Once the photos were edited, I moved on to designing the posters and postcards, with a goal of capturing the fun, energetic spirit of the event while showcasing the adorable furry faces. To keep the artistic identity of the exhibition front and center, I incorporated playful background elements inspired by both pets and art—blending illustrations of bones, paint brushes, and other whimsical details.

To help draw visitors in, I also created custom vinyl paw prints that were placed along walkways to guide guests (and their four-legged companions) right to the gallery doors. The result was a campaign that was equal parts charming, creative, and community-driven.
Enmascarado: Luchadores in Cinema
Sept.-Oct. 2024 | Firehouse Art Center
“Enmascarado: Luchadores in Cinema” is a dynamic exhibition that pays tribute to the legendary El Santo and celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Mexico and its influence on global pop culture. The poster design was inspired by the bold graphic style of Luchador masks and the fantastical creatures El Santo famously battled—ranging from Dracula to the Wolfman.
The exhibition also featured an interactive activity called Color Palette Cinema Search. Visitors received a postcard displaying the ten most prominent colors from a specific movie poster. On the back, a bilingual clue (in English and Spanish) guided participants in identifying the film. Once matched, the postcard became a fun and memorable keepsake to take home
Making Legends: Cosplay Culture
May 17-July 31, 2024 | Firehouse Art Center
Making Legends: Cosplay Culture was an exhibition at the Firehouse Art Center from May 17-July 31 2024. This exhibition was in collaboration with SOONERCON. In designing the signage for this show, the goal was to highlight the artist cosplays present, and to have a theme between the social media and gallery signs. This was achieved by creating a poster with half the cosplays presented in the show. In the middle of the poster is the guardian, the lines that make this character up can be found in all the social media post and gallery signage. The typeface used for the title is meant to give off a sense of fantasy and medieval feel that is felt in most of these world the cosplay comes from.
With an exhibition opening comes a full lineup of events to market. Among these were dice boxes handcrafted by a local woodworking artist, a Tabletop Game Night, and the unforgettable Live Mario Kart 8. In this one-of-a-kind event, participants raced through Mario Kart while a live band and announcer guided the gameplay, creating a high-energy, interactive experience. And let’s be honest—it’s not every day you get to illustrate Catbus behind the wheel of a Mario Kart at work.
